Les has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for the past thirty years. Les has extensive experience in providing Primary Outpatient Treatment, Aftercare Support, and Relapse Prevention Services for adolescents and adults. In the area of mental health, Les has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, grief issues, ADD, marital communications, and career counseling. Les has twenty-five years experience as a school counselor (elementary, middle, and high school) treating children for attention deficit disorder, social anxiety, anger, and conflict resolution. As a parenting trainer he specializes in dealing with parent-child relationships teaching "Parenting with Love and Logic". He is further trained in teaching "Structured Co-Parenting" to help families with divorce and post divorce issues and learn a process that will help them deal with high conflict situations.
